Jeremy Moddrell is a Special Representative in the United Associations (UA) Pipeline and Gas Distribution Department assigned to Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage pipelines. Jeremy has nearly 25 years’ of experience in the construction industry as both a rank-and-file pipefitter/welder and as a frontline union officer on an array of energy projects. Throughout his career, he has developed considerable skills as a construction professional as well as valuable experience in construction safety and permitting. Representing approximately 390,000 skilled craftworkers nationwide, Jeremy works together with State and Federal Public Agency stakeholders, Contractors, and End Users for the successful procurement and completion of transmission pipeline projects. Before accepting a position with the UA, Jeremy was the Assistant Business Manager at Local Union 598 in Washington State where he engaged in not only transmission pipeline projects but also multiple projects in the nuclear industry. During this time, he successfully negotiated and implemented various Collective Bargaining and Project Labor Agreements.
