The Carbon Capture Coalition Is Building the Necessary Portfolio of Policies for Nationwide Deployment of Carbon Management Technologies.
Our greatest strength is in leveraging the diversity of our membership. Together, we are a nonpartisan collaboration of more than 100 companies spanning the carbon management value chain, construction, energy, and industrial labor unions, and conservation, energy, and environmental policy organizations.
Members of the Coalition work together to co-create the full portfolio of policies required to scale up a domestic carbon management sector, educate and inform policy makers, the media, and stakeholders on how this suite of technologies remains a central pillar of American energy, industrial, and environmental strategy. By bringing together our diverse membership, we speak with one voice, and we deliver results.
Coalition members and staff formulate key policy priorities and work closely with Carbon Capture Impact, our 501(c)4 partner, to advance durable policy solutions through the legislative process.

Step 1
Reach Out
Learn about the Coalition’s priorities and consensus process. We accept inquiries from companies investing in carbon management technologies, their trade associations, as well as nonprofits and labor unions committed to the success of carbon management technologies.
Step 2
Submit an Application
After reviewing the Coalition’s materials, fill out a brief questionnaire that helps us get to know you better and determine if your organization is a good candidate to join the Coalition.
Step 3
Review
Membership inquiries are reviewed and voted on quarterly by the Coalition’s Governance Board. The Board looks for members who will actively participate in the Coalition’s work.
Step 4
Onboarding
Once the Board approves an application, that organization is formally welcomed to the Coalition and immediately plugged into working groups, invited to upcoming events, receives Coalition news, and more.

Coalition members forge consensus on a range of topics, driving our vision of broad deployment of carbon management technologies. All members are welcome to provide input and ensure their organization’s voice is heard.
Participate in Member Events
The Coalition regularly hosts events, which members are invited to attend, such as Coalition work group meetings, media briefings, educational webinars, and our flagship event, the Coalition’s Annual Meeting.
Advocate for Durable Policy Alongside Peer Organizations
The Carbon Capture Coalition’s allied effort, Carbon Capture Impact, builds upon deep ties to policy makers and advocates for policy priorities. We provide members with the information they need to achieve shared objectives and provide opportunities for direct engagement with policy makers.
