The Western Governors Association (WGA) is promoting the development of carbon capture, utilization and storage in advance of a Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee hearing on Wednesday, February 27 on the USE IT Act.
In a letter to Senate EPW Committee leadership dated February 21, 2019, WGA Executive Director Jim Ogsbury wrote: “The United States has the opportunity to continue global leadership in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) research and technology development.
