Kick the Tires on Electric Vehicles

Are you thinking about buying an electric vehicle (EV) but have a few questions? Want to learn more about the cars and charging stations? If so, this event is for you!

The general public is invited to a free event Saturday, March 25th to learn about electric vehicles and how they perform in central Minnesota. Attendees will hear from EV owners and are welcome to bring their questions! Owners at the event will include Jeff Riegle, owner of a 2016 Nissan LEAF, and Jessee Holmes, owner of a Tesla Model S. The event will be held Saturday, March 25th 1:00 to 2:30pm at Sprout Food Hub in Little Falls. All are welcome to attend by registering online at https://evsprout.eventbrite.com.

“There are a lot of exciting things happening here in Minnesota,” says Joel Haskard, co-director of the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs). “There are many more plug-in vehicle choices since even last year and the first affordable battery electric vehicles with over 200 mile range will be available in Minnesota this fall. The future of transportation may indeed be electrified!”
