“We are delighted to welcome GE Gas Power as the newest participant in the Carbon Capture Coalition. GE Gas Power’s interest in joining the more than 80 companies, unions and NGOs in the Coalition is a testament to carbon capture’s growing importance to energy and power development in the U.S. and around the globe. As carbon capture deployment in the gas power industry takes on greater importance in meeting midcentury climate goals, it will be helpful to have leaders such as GE Gas Power inform the conversation about the policies necessary to continue driving commercialization and deployment of carbon capture technologies across sectors.”
